The warm and helpful welcome from Teacher on our arrival and this continued throughout our stay from all the staff members. Also enjoyed the magical hide-away, relaxing feel of Rosedene. Also great variety at breakfast with delicious cooked breakfasts

We got upgraded in the garden suite with a whirlpool. The breakfast is very nice, includes everything you need.
Michael is such a good manager, he literally explained the whole area of cape town to us.
A very cute places, very familiar and cozy. A true gem!

Great place to stay in the center of sea point when you are looking for a quiet place.
Very cozy house that comes with a little pool to relax surrounded by a garden.
The manger is super helpful and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived.

Property was clean and secure, the staff extremely friendly, would have liked a sealed bottle of mineral water.
Parking is awkward, found that the foam mattress was not the most comfortable bed to sleep on.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was particularly good. The room and bathroom were in very good condition, very clean and comfortable. I had a TV there with Netflix access and you could use the WiFi everywhere (and it worked everywhere!). I also had my own little terrace. Breakfast starts at 8 a.m. One day I had to leave at 7:30 a.m. for a tour and the staff had prepared a small breakfast box for me. I found that excellent. I am very happy that I spent my remaining days in Cape Town in this accommodation and can only warmly recommend it.

Michael is a very nice host. He gave us tips every day what to do and to see. The room was good and spacious. We would definitely recommend. Neighborhood is also great. Parking in front of the residence. Thank you for your hospitality these days!

Great location, close to Waterfront and beach with loads of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
The rooms felt private and secluded from neighbouring houses.
Owner and all staff friendly and helpful.

Friendly management and the wifi were good and location ideal to get into town.
The carpets made it smell a little musty and the bed linen could be better. Also there is a shortage of parking outside.
