Very Good
Super-helpful check-in. Our room was up some twisty stairs and our huge suitcases would have been a disaster. Staff immediately found us a first floor room (US version) or ground floor (UK version). Room 7 is recommended! The place is family-style, food selections good and tasty - breakfast is heaven for bacon-lovers. Owner JJ welcomed us and drove us to airport in the hotel shuttle next day - note; he is the driver and as a tour guide is sometimes away, so the shuttle may not always be available. Staff will assist with arranging an Uber if necessary.
We had no qualms about the area and safety. It was a bit noisy (outside traffic) but only in the mid-evening and then not until 7 a.m.. Regrettably the room has no streaming media, only DSTV which has been horrible for decades. WiFi worked fine for other devices.

Nothing, it was disgusting
I wouldn't recommend this place at all and i never go back even if its offered free, The condition of the place was appalling, it was beyond pathetic, the toilet stinks of urine, which is inside the room, stinks even more badly at night that you can't sleep at all, we sprayed colognes but didn't help, the furnishings were very old, dingy and eeirie, black pillows on the beds hadn't been washed in many years, family of four slept in a small single room, the curtains were horrible, dusty never been washed in years, should be thrown away,
The owner is money hungry, he wanted us to pay extra for the 11yr and 14 yr old children apart from us paying for the booking online which included the children, he said only under 2 years is free, it comes with free breakfast, it wasn't offered to us but we told him that we won't eat breakfast to cover the extra payment that he demanded,
( I noticed, the owner has now removed the free breakfast option which was included but not offered for my stay)

Staff super friendly and accommodating. We'll situated close to the panorama hospital and shopping centres.
Although rooms were neat and clean, the bedding and towels can do with an upgrade. Threadbare and duvet and pillows were " clumpy"

The swimming pool .nice clean.friendly staff.and good food. Neat place.nice rooms.not overlly expensive. Im sure going as a day guest would be nice.will try that.
No one logged us in to the wifi or asked.. the drinks are very very limited variety. There weren't really something i drink alcohol beverages. Very limited menu on that.would be nice if they had more cocktails like strawberry daqury.and ciders.. and i wont recommend staying in at the guest house on xmas day. No dinner. Staff gets off. Witch is understandable... but a big inconvenience.
