It is very clean and serine. The view is amazing and its closer to the areas of interest so I could easily walk . It is quite safe and the stuff is friendly .
The system in the elevator is a bit confusing, it could be easier if we can just scan the card and press number like the system in Radisson blue umhlanga in Durban.

Wonderful
The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly nature without being overwhelming. It was a relaxed stay in beautiful surroundings and everywhere was clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend to solo travellers due to location and amenities and the views were fabulous wrapping around the mountain and harbour, you get the best of both worlds.

The rest of the hotel was very fine except the room I spent the night sulking. The room was the most basic one to the standards of a bed and breakfast. I was very disappointed, I couldnt believe that the famous Radisson brand could have such a room.
-Carpet clearly showed years of neglect.
-Windows had mould.
-Furniture (side tables) had remnants of paint.
-Bathroom was very basic with a boring shower cubicle whereby water wasnt flowing well.
-The taps in the faucets were falling off.
-The water stopper in the faucets had to be manually lifted out to let dirty water out.
-The sight outside from the room was a reminder of a prison cell.
All the above mentioned about this specific room I spent one miserable night. The rest of the hotel is excellent; including the suite I was booked in for the reminder of my stay.

The staff starting from the diligent lady who booked me in. There was a slight problem with the booking but she exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond to ensure that my booking is corrected. (Unfortunately I didnt take your name).The rest of the staff were always readily happy to assist. The bellhops,Manfred and David, thank you. I cant forget to thank the young lady whom we dubbed Mini Bar, I usually looked forward to hear your voice and see your friendly face. I cant fault any member of staff at this hotel, you are all excellent and you made my stay worthwhile. Thank you!
I cant comment on the property and not mention the variety of choice at breakfast.
I didnt like the basic room where I was first placed for one night. It really killed my moods as it was basic as in its description. The room smelled of pungent cleaning solution, the windows were mouldy, the carpet I wonder when it was last deep cleaned. The furniture was coated with remnants of paint. I honestly was very disappointed on the first night, if I hadnt been upgraded to the suite I had booked, I wouldnt spend another night there. Thank you for the upgrade for the remaining two nights, this uplifted my spirits and I was able to enjoy the rest of my holiday.
