This was the best hotel we stayed in during our entire SA trip!
The location is amazing, the lovely outside area, the staff who are just so nice and also happy to be there and the room was great too!
Only remark is the shower were there was some mold

There was a significant amount of renovation going on at the time - pool and outdoor area was closed. But that comes with the territory for upgrades.

The president hotel was definitely the right place to stay in Cape Town. The hotel is lovely and is in the perfect spot to walk down to the water or over to a near by restaurant. We had no issues parking our rental car or getting picking up by uber. The security made everything feel safe and the staff was extremely accommodating.
Just keep in mind they’re under construction currently resonating their pool so if you’re staying during the week you may hear some construction noise but they never started too early and was always done at a reasonable time. We were there in winter so didn’t really affect us beyond hearing it.

The size of the suite. Full of light, spacious, very good bed, clean. Coffee machine , water, fridge, 2tvs, WiFi, very nice staff.

The location of the hotel was lovely. The breakfast was very good & Halal friendly. The staff were exceptional.

The hotel manager and staff executives were excellent kind and attentive. The kids club was excellent and creative. Swimming pool is a little small and there are not brown chairs in the shade in the summertime. Room 645 is a fantastic room. Recommended issue is at peak season the staff struggle in the daytime and evening During meal times. The breakfast was 24 with more methods I needed in the final half an hour.
