We got a free upgrade because we didn't like the first room we got. That was very nice of them, we really appreciated that.
There was some kind of mold on the ceiling in our second room and the outside gate is really loud when it's opening.

The staff were so friendly and had a wonderful breakfast every morning. Close to all activities. The room was spotless and very comfortable.
We would recommend it to any travellers looking for a home away from home during their travels.

The two ladies taking care of the facility were wonderful. They would go out of their way to ensure that they not only met but even anticipated your expectations and needs. They kept the facility immaculately clean and provided us with information about anything that we asked for or that they felt would be of interest to us. I forgot my charge befrs in the guesthouse and they phoned me and came out to give them back to me to save me from having to round back to the one way street. Two of a kind.
The only thing that I can fault the facility is the poor sound insulation between the rooms. I could hear the guest in the next door room snoring intermittently at night, and taking with his wife before we went to sleep.

Location was great for walking in to the waterfront area. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property has solar which minimised the impact of load shedding. Breakfast was great too!

Alexis was welcoming & very helpful, & the property has everything needed of a b&b
Nothing, however the bathroom door & access to the shower were tiny, so just a word of warning if you are a large person, you may not fit, we are average & it was fine, just rather tight
