It was really convenient for the stadium and also to walk to the waterfront. The area felt very safe. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Would have been lovely to have had a larger balcony but to be honest we didn’t stay in the room for long as we were out for most of the day. There is a garden area downstairs to chill in by the small pool.

It is FAR TOO Complicated TO GET INTO THE PREMISES ! Too many codes !
We got stuck out as the door code would'nt let us in ! Nobody there to assist !
Luckily a visitor on the ground floor heard us knocking and let us in !
Where is the complimentary water in the rooms ?? we were so thirsty !!! We eventually found a fridge in the dining room
and took a water. Only to be told we had to pay for it the next day !! what about a complimentary water ??
We paid so much to sleep for literally 6 hours and then left.

The room was spacious and clean, bathroom nicely renovated and beds comfortable. Staff was also great.
The pool was really poorly maintained and was not inviting. Soundproofing was not really good and noises from the street and building could be heard.

Beds were super comfortable
Breakfast was over priced. Paid for a 4 sleeper unit but was charged an extra person although we booked only for 3 people. The unit sleeps 4??? Terrible cat urine smells throughout unit coming from courtyard. Staff weren't very helpful in beginning but then seemed to change approach. Entrance is terrible. Had to offload my disabled husband in the street. No grab rails although we asked if wheelchair friendly.
