Location was perfect for our needs. Room has a fridge with water and cooldrinks, reasonably priced, which is a positive and very convenient. Nice sized modern bathroom, ample towels provided and quality shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Access control is fully automated creating limited fuss with keys and remotes to be carried around. Quiet street and within safe walking distance to a Deli and a 24-hour restaurant.
The facilities state their is onsite parking, but there is none. Place is located in a narrow one way street, so no street parking in front of the house either. Closest parking was on-street about 100m down another road, so bear this in mind if you have lots of bags or luggage. Although the bar fridge was a positive, it has a glass door and the light in the fridge is permanently on, so the room is quite illuminated when trying to sleep. This will bother you if you require complete darkness to fall asleep. This was the family suite for reference purposes.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, although we didn’t interact much. The location in Green Point is excellent — safe, convenient, and easy to get around Cape Town from there.
The water pressure in the shower was quite weak at times, and occasionally there was no hot water, although it seemed to improve later. The parking is also very limited — there is only one small space on the property. We were lucky it was available, but it’s definitely worth confirming this in advance, which we did.

It was really convenient for the stadium and also to walk to the waterfront. The area felt very safe. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Would have been lovely to have had a larger balcony but to be honest we didn’t stay in the room for long as we were out for most of the day. There is a garden area downstairs to chill in by the small pool.

Where is your parking ?
It is FAR TOO Complicated TO GET INTO THE PREMISES ! Too many codes !
We got stuck out as the door code would'nt let us in ! Nobody there to assist !
Luckily a visitor on the ground floor heard us knocking and let us in !
Where is the complimentary water in the rooms ?? we were so thirsty !!! We eventually found a fridge in the dining room
and took a water. Only to be told we had to pay for it the next day !! what about a complimentary water ??
We paid so much to sleep for literally 6 hours and then left.

The room was spacious and clean, bathroom nicely renovated and beds comfortable. Staff was also great.
The pool was really poorly maintained and was not inviting. Soundproofing was not really good and noises from the street and building could be heard.
