I had a problem in my shower where the drain was blocked I reported on Saturday 13/04/24 nobody came to fix it I continue report until today it was not attended also requested for a fridge on my booking because of my medication

The breakfast was very good. The hotel was located in the center of Cape Town.
The rooms at the front of the hotel open onto a square where, every day, dozens of stalls are erected in the morning and then taken down in the evening. The noise is substantial. I booked an airport pickup and it never arrived.

I love the central location, and their breakfast was yummy though they could change it up a bit to give some variety.... I love the Zeal of Ernest! That is their best employee in My opinion.
The pool had some soil sendiments and they could probably consider heating it for cold days
