This is a very old Hotel, the rooms are very small with tiny bathrooms-no where to store your belongings-the Airconditioning was iffy.

I booked last minute, stayed for one night, I got in late and left in the morning so I didn't enjoy the facilities (even though they looked great). For me it was about accommodating my last minute which they did well. The room was fine, convenient location, super comfortable bed. Thanks for having me!

Disappointing
I did not take the breakfast. The location was not bad, but there was a trade fair just in front of them making noise at the evening.
The WIFI was horrible, they said it's because I am using an Iphone. What a reason ..... I actually came with 3 suitcases, and no one tried to help me to get them in my room.

Breakfast not bad.
Rude receptionist. My booking clearly stated 1 adult and two children. I was booked in as two adults. Male receptionist argued saying two adults were booked. Also implied the two kids will eat all the food at the buffet as it was free. On answering was told to keep quiet. Also shuttle booked to and from the airport did not arrive and no apologies offered.

The location. Friendly and efficient staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.
The hotel is no longer in its prime youth. But it was comfortable. The aircon system a little bit loud and old. Fiddly shower.

Proximity to everything was great
Aircon wasn't in a good condition , room was small and widows were minimal for fresh air. Couldn't see outside the window. Staff were not very welcoming . Barely a smile and looked like they were forced to be there

Wonderful
If you like shopping for everything African, the dozens of vendors in the plaza at the front of the hotel will appeal. If you like visiting art galleries, you're also in the right place with a number of excellent ones (Gallery F, World Art, 6 Spin Street, and more) close by. It can be a bit noisy, as there are some clubs nearby too, and every Saturday there are non-stop groups of youth singers in the plaza during market hours (but they are very good and very entertaining). A nice variety of options for breakfast, including custom omelets. Solid wi-fi connections
Cups in the restaurant seem geared to the coffee machine, i.e. very small, rather than geared to the guest who wants more than a few sips....especially annoying for tea drinkers. Napkins very small, certainly don't cover one's lap. This is a very old structure, with a few update areas needed (worn paint primarily).

My toilet was not flushing well, I kept reporting but nothing was done, till I left and their lights in the rooms are so dark
