The location, breakfast and decor and were great. We were only there for one night so not able to fully appreciate the pool and spa facilities, which looked wonderful.
There were some loose fittings in the bathroom.

Lovely guest house in Seapoint area from which you can go walk around the ocean and nearby restaurants and cafes. The guest house has a very nice ambiance and the rooms are beautifully set up and clean.

Joe had thought of every detail, the guesthouse was perfect!
Joe met us on arrival and gave us lots of information about the local area and also ensured that we knew how everything worked within the apartment.
Seapoint is a great base for exploring Cape Town and I would highly recommend Mountview Spa and Guesthouse
