Beautiful design and very clean, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast is delicious! The pool area is small but cute and you have a few seats and beds to choose from. Also the location is perfect with short walking distance to sea point restaurants and the promenade. All in all it's a pretty guest house to stay in.
it's a beautiful old building but the walls carry lots of sound so if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs since you'll hear the neighbour flushing. Also the toilet is in the room just separated via a glass door, so not a lot of privacy.

A lovely tranquil escape from the hot streets of Cape Town. Everything is very well thought through. The owner spent time with us explaining all the local places to go and activities to do. The staff and very kind and friendly.
