Michelle was a charming host, and Peggy, the house manager, was an absolute angel. Thanks to both for a lovely stay. Located at the base of Table Mountain, the manor is beautifully positioned in a lovely neighborhood, close to a number of good restaurants.

Very welcoming and accommodating owner, a real retreat from the city, with a great recommendation for restaurant opposite. Good parking.
One room had no door to the bath or toilet, and in the other bathroom the door did not shut from the outside, which made it a little awkward in the breeze from the open window.

Price. Bathroom light bulb out. TV totally unusable...no way to download apps like Netflix. Rats in the aviary. Parking tetris. Owner talking g about selling the place doesn't exactly make one feel like the heart is in it anymore.

I wanted to book the room at reception, but it was more expensive than online. The boss clearly showed her dissatisfaction that I booked online, the room furniture was partly broken and its zenith was long past. I reported that the TV didn't work, nobody was interested. I can't recommend the house more highly
