Accommodation is in close proximity to Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront (and Green Point stadium). Beach and sea views. On both the Myciti and hop-on hop-off bus routes. Very convenient location overall.

I received a message after my booking asking what time we were checking in and to send our passport, which I emailed and said we would check in between 3-4 pm. I then received 6 messages over the next few days asking what time we were checking in. I replied to one saying between 3-4. We then get a phone call at 2pm on check in day asking when we are checking in. I also have a problem with the fact that it was not on the listing that there is major construction work going on outside the apartment with grinding, banging and drilling - it sounded like a war zone. We should have been given the option to live with this. The only notification we received the day before arrival that there is scaffolding on the outside which may block our view????? Nothing about the noise. I thought they were painting. By the time we realised this at 9am on the Monday it was too late to check out and find another apartment.

The location to the V&A and the sea, Robin Island and Mountain View’s. Could watch the dolphins swimming from the window with and without binoculars.
Parking is a bit tight but no real big issue.

The location was great, and neatly laid out with the space available. Loved the cupboard space for a single traveller and lots of hangers, milk, tea and coffee provided to start - the little things make a big difference.
There was a noisy tenant above, who made a big noise early in the morning, and construction work all day that I was not notified of.
Netflix is frustrating as it keeps asking for a password and you have to request this.

Modern finishing. Comfortable bed. Right on the Mouille Point promenade. Close to restaurants.
Upstairs neighbor got up at 5am in the mornings.

Secure, very clean, comfy bed, washing machine. Easy walk to V&A in daylight hours. Warm welcome and introduction to property on arrival. Loved decor. Lots of helpful info in welcome pack. Good communication.
Pillows were not supportive - too soft. Only TV and wifi covered when load shedding. Heating/cooling not functional when power off.

The size of property was nice, the location was good and very nice to go for walks by the beach front. it is quite central and walking distance to restaurants.
the sea view was limited but I knew that, I wish it had DSTV and a Aircon. No UPS so last 2 days we only had a lamp everything was off. there a cupboards but they full of stuff, so anotherstorege unit would help.
