Pleasant
The apartment was lovely and the location amazing but the unit was furnished solely with rental in mind and had little character. There was also an alarm unit in the bedroom that shone very brightly at night. The sliding door from the bedroom to the verandah could only be opened form the outside and the shower door in the second bathroom was about to fall off the wall.

The location and the size of the apartment. Beautifully laid out and the view was beautiful too.
This is the second time staying there but the cleanliness this time was not good. The beds were not made properly on the second day, cover just straightened on top . They did not put the floor towels in the shower on the second day, no extra toilet paper and limited drinking water on arrival.

Excellent location. Safe and secure premises. Great gym. Power outlets were upgraded and compliant with international standards.
Poorly maintained apartment. Coffee machine was filthy - had to run the water through at least 10-15 times to clean it.

Location was excellent- very secure, convenient, a few minutes walk to the Waterfront, but serene and nestled away from the hustle and bustle.
One night when I was away from the premises and needed to extend my booking, I could not reach the reception desk by phone. I called in 3 times and was disconnected each time.

I really appreciated the destination and proximity to the waterfront mall and nearby market it was a highlight of my stay and added great value to the overall experience.
I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share some feedback regarding a few issues I encountered during my stay.
Firstly, many of the machines and equipment in the hotel appeared to be old and not functioning properly. Although I reported this and requested maintenance, the problems remained unresolved throughout my stay, which was disappointing.
Secondly, I found the hotel's location quite difficult for Uber drivers to reach. On multiple occasions, I had to wait outside and guide the driver myself, as the security staff on-site were not helpful in assisting them. This made the experience inconvenient and frustrating, especially at night or in bad weather.

Check in was smooth and staff very pleasant. The apartment was spacious and balcony overlooking the canal was lovely. The extra guest toilet was a bonus.
The vanity cupboards in the main bathroom were a little scuffed.
The waterproofing strip was coming away from the door in the main bathroom and the holder of the hand shower needed tightening.
The TV in the lounge was a little small - perhaps it could be swopped with the big one in the bedroom?

Checking in was great and the view was perfect.
TV in lounge was old telefuken which was not working proper and picture kept on dimming no proper volume etc, you need to change it not fixed. Main room bathroom sink tap was broken.

Fabulous stay! The location and the ammenities were exactly what we wanted. We could walk to the waterfront and enjoy the shopping and the restaurants! The apartments were modern and beautiful with an awesome view!
It would have been nice to be able to use the blow dryer/curling iron in the bathroom with the right electrical outlet.

Beautiful accommodation, in a stunning location, safe and walking distance to the waterfront. Perfect!
it was tricky to find the actual property, as it’s in a closed estate and the driveway goes all the way to the end and down into a Parkade and the reception is in the Parkade area. All good once you actually know where to go.
