Excellent guest house with friendly owners and staff. Having back up power during the load shedding was a big plus.
The bed was a bit hard for me but that is my only minor criticism

The reception by the host was very friendly and informative. Our rooms were full of light and openness which we appreciated very much. The swimming pool was perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Lovely place to stay, especially if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of busier areas. Hosts Jochen and Daniela are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one.

Very comfortable small guesthouse run by a very friendly and helpful German couple Daniela and Jochen, who tirelessly provide you with sightseeing tips. Rooms are not big, but comfortable and one can also sit outside by the swimming pool or in one of the sitting rooms. Breakfast is good, as is the wifi.
The guesthouse is located in a quiet residential area in Hout Bay, 2 km from the beach. You can park your car at the guesthouse in a locked area.

Hostel, dormitory style, poor quality beds placed together, iron headboards, no comfort, no desk in room or coffee making facilities. Inferior curtains and decor.
