- home-made breakfast (however, finishes at 9 which is too early as for my taste, normally breakfasts finish 10-11 elsewhere)
- friendly and helpful staff
- beautiful residence and the neighbourhood
- instant coffee, selection of tea available all day long
-No air-conditioning which might be troublesome in hotter months
-you can’t use the kitchen which might be a problem if you plan to cook sth (first time saw a fridge padlocked in my entire life :)

This house is amazing! I felt right at home. So safe and the hosts were incredibly thoughtful. The house is in a really quiet location, which I loved after the noise of the city. It's a great place to relax, sleep well, and enjoy the stars.
I definitely recommend this place to everyone! The room is really big, and the breakfast was fantastic.
I would happily come back here again ❤️

So delighted with our stay, it exceeded our expectations, a real gem. Wonderful hosts on hand, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were delicious with homemade muffins baked daily. WiFi was excellent and the swimming pool was so welcome after a hot day exploring . Would definitely return.Highly recommended

This place is an absolute gem. The room was really good. Very modern, clean and neat. It was a decent size. The property and surroundings are so tranquil. It is situated in a location with great views of Hout Bay and surroundings. The staff and owners are amazing. They even had my shirt ironed for a wedding I attended. The owners Jochen and Daniela are amazing. The breakfast was really good. I highly recommend staying here for any type of trip you doing to Capetown.

This place was amazing and the hosts went above and beyond. Breakfast was delicous and everything was super clean. Secure parking and we liked their location as you can get to most places in 20-30 minutes (beautiful beaches, scenic roads, hiking trails, climbing, good restaurants, wineries, table national park, etc.).

Excellent guest house with friendly owners and staff. Having back up power during the load shedding was a big plus.
The bed was a bit hard for me but that is my only minor criticism
