The hotel was convenient for the airport. The food and wine were excellent. Breakfast was early which was good as our flight was at 8 a m. The shuttle bus started first thing in the morning for early flights. All the staff we came across were very pleasant and helpful!

Hotel offers a free shuttle service from/to Cape Town Airport and is easy to find and use. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. Kettle provided. Breakfast was substantial. Pool and outdoor garden.

Very close to airport. The front desk were super great and they let us checkin earlier as my husband had a really bad case of stomach flu and needed a rest. The shuttle service was great for getting to the airport - ran on time. Front desk folks extremely helpful.
We had to change rooms as the tv was working. But that may have been our fault because they let us check in due to illness and maybe our correct room wasn’t available.

The breakfast in the very early morning was terrific and exceeded my expectations. Very good.
Shuttle to the airport very early was punctual and comfortable, very nice personel at the hotel and the shuttle driver.
In the evening the wait staff was not overly attentive and I sat for awhile before anyone came over, I was just about ready to leave and was getting up before someone came over. This was not expected and detracted from my stay.

The shuttle was a bit hair-raising - there were too many people waiting with quite a bit of luggare, and it was very crowded inside and the some people had to wait. Not a great start.
Check in was slow when my crowded shuttle arrived. Not enough check-in staff - several empty positions.
I ate in the restaurant and although the food is good, getting to order dinner and then getting dinner was slow, and the staff were so distracted by resetting the tables I was unable to get anyone's attention to pay for my dinner. I ended up signing for it with my room, which turned into a nightmare at checkout - again, only one person on the counter and she was so wrapped up in explaining something to the couple in front of her (seemed touristic?) I had to leave without confirming they could charge me (no incidentals card into taken the evening before, no idea why). It was very challenging to manage to pay the invoice they sent (that certainly arrived fast enough).

The natural pool, the garden walk, bee hives, veggie garden, breakfast buffet. Staff very helpful
I requested a pedicure in the spa which was open until 10pm. There was only one technician and she was full! Would appreciate them having technicians on call in the evenings

Clean, close to airport, fantastic breakfast.
Not in the greatest area but we stayed at the hotel. Very GREEN. Water conservation is a top priority. Toilet slow to be ready to flush at times.

The shuttle to and from the airport. The breakfast was amazing and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The bathrooms are not very private and door didn't close all the way to the wall. Not good when there is a family staying in one room.
