Middle of town, able to walk safely for short distances and access to restaurants and shops. Decent cleanness.
Having to choose time slot for breakfast. Hotel should find different incentive for spreading the queue to breakfast.

The stay was very nice overall. The rooms were incredible, clean, modern, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with good variety and quality. The valet parking service was also very convenient and well managed, which made things much easier during our stay.
The hotel is located in a busy tourist area, so at times there are people around the streets asking for assistance. It didn’t affect the hotel itself, but it’s something to be aware of when walking outside.

Naz at the breakfast was excellent. We ate halall and she went out of her way. Every time we stay at this particular Holiday Inn she has been absolutely the best. She is an asset to this hotel.
I think the parking is extremely expensive. We stayed for 7 days and paid R420 at other hotels it's complimentary.

There should be table set aside to put dirty plates which will streamline and an organize way where the server can pick up in a central spot.

the location was nice and the staff were friendly
since the day we arrived, the hotel rooms and bathrooms were not clean, in one room the door of the bathroom could not be closed, both bathrooms were dirty, we had to clean it ourselves it was unacceptable at all the toilet seat, sink , shower and floor. in one room there was a very stinky bad smell and was there during our whole stay which was 9 days. it was extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient. the housekeeping do not clean the rooms they just make the beds and change the towels. there was some powder that fell on the tea tray and they didn't even bother to clean it. we spoke to the reception to direct the housekeepers and tell them to clean well but with no difference or result
