I spent the whole of January in this wonderful hotel. The room is very modern, bright and spacious. The bed is very good, the mattress does not bend, it is moderately hard. The pillows are just as good. The hotel is located right in the center of Cape Town. The best place. And very very safe. You can absolutely not worry about this. Yes, sometimes it was a little noisy outside at night, from the street. I always kept the window open ,because I like fresh air. But it didn't bother me in any way. And what is very important for me is the excellent soundproofing of the rooms. I didn't hear anyone from the neighboring rooms during this time. And by the way, the room was opposite the elevator. I didn't hear the elevator.A good breakfast every morning in the beautiful restaurant on the second floor. And now the most important thing. These are the people and the attitude towards you ! All the staff are very wonderful people! I would like to highlight the staff at the reception in different shifts. They are very friendly and open-hearted people ,who are always happy to see you and try to help you. You won't be alone here. It's like being at home. I would also like to thank the staff ,who clean the rooms. They are also very responsible and kind people. Thank you to the manager, Sonia ! It's clear ,that a team is working here, and this is thanks to the management. This is very important, and it's not always the case. Every day, Ubuntu !

The location is really good
The location in Google Maps is 1 hour drive from the real location. So when we arraived at the airport we put the name of the hotel and they took us really far and then we have to come back to the other way another hour. So we lost 2 hours, we spent a lot of money in taxi and once we arraived we spoke to the reception men and he told us many people has the same problem

Facility is clean, staff are so professional and friendly as well as good breakfast. Glen at the reception and Lucille at the restaurant or in charge of conferences were exceptional. If I ever have to choose this hotel again, it will be because of these two.

Food was great, friendly staff. All and all a good experience!
Our shower floor had a small crack. Water seeped through the wall into the toilet area. The floor was wet after we showered. But we wiped it up with the floor towel provided.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was in a prime spot for Long Street and local markets etc
The parking of our hired car had to be done by staff and we had to call 3 to 5 minutes prior to us wanting to go out. The breakfast is basic.

The location is very convenient, with plenty to see around and close to the Waterfront and other attractions. The hotel is clean, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is quite good. Overall, the value for money is excellent.
