Wonderful
The staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to a number of lovely restaurants and shops and central to tourist attractions. The room was spacious with a small kitchenette. This ideal for business or leisure travel.

The hotel has such a great location with restaurants and entertainment so close. The staff were very friendly at reception when we checked in. Our room was neat and clean and the staff arranged for 2 beds as requested as i was staying with a friend.
Unfortunately due to the high winds the building awning on the top floor at the back of the building came loose at about 22h00 and it was banging the whole night. So although the bed was comfy i didnt get a good nights rest. I did get the gentleman on duty to come have a look at the problem from our sliding door at about 23h00 as the banging was unpleasant. It would have been nice if he offered us another room (if one was available) to ensure we got a good nights rest. The banging got worse through the night as the wind didnt subside. I also told the lady on duty in the morning about it. I hope that it has now been repair.

The room is spacious and the Wifi is good and allows you to work from the hotel.
The entrance was blocked by construction when I arrived at night and I had not been informed ahead of my arrival causing me to get stuck on the street with my luggage for a while before I managed to reach reception to let me in.

Nice spacious apartment with all amenities! Beautiful views of Table Mountain! Also in a great location with a number of bars and restaurants surrounding.
I had booked for 3 adults, and there was only space for 2 (only a king bed). Luckily the 3rd person didnt end up needing to stay over, but it would have been a problem if they did.

Great location. We booked last minute and received a room upgrade. Comfortable suite. We didn't book a breakfast option but beautiful restaurants available in the area. A great stay.
Walk up stairs, no elevator but it is just a single flight of stairs. Wasn't an issue for us but for large luggage might be a small discomfort

No generator so coming back for a conference at 10 to no power and waking up at 8 to no power wasnt very good and the quality of load shed lights was not good. Didnt work in the morning!

Good location, the room is a nice size.
The shower is small, no dish cloths in the kitchenette though - which was very inconvenient.
