Blake was an excellent host who met me on arrival and explained all the facilities which included a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area including a small library and a separate area fully supplied with tea and coffee. The room was large and very comfortable. The accommodation is very secure and is ideally located to nearby restaurants, bars and supermarkets and is only a short 10-15 minute to the Harbourside mall. The city and Greenmarket Square are also within walking distance.

The room was private and part of a larger house with a community kitchen and living room space. It is in a great location to walk to Bo Kaap or V&A Waterfront. There are restaurants and a grocery store close by. The manager was welcoming and gave us ideas about where to walk safely. He also allowed us to check in early giving us more flexibility in our schedule.
The only problem which seems to be true every where we stayed in South Africa was that the dryer did not dry the clothes even after running for an hour.

Blake was very hospitable and friendly. He gave us recommendations of places to visit and which areas are safe. He even borrowed us after sun cream when we ended up sun burnt after our first day under African sun :D WiFi worked very fast and electricity was always working. Room was comfortable and kitchen well equipped. It is located in safe area and you can walk to waterfront. There is a supermarket and restaurants in a short walking distance. Private parking is perfect.

Blake the host was very kind he waited for me for a late check in. He also allowed me to keep my luggage in the storeroom after i checked out because my flight was for the evening.The property is very safe and clean. I love everything about greenpoint guesthouse
