Setup is great and rooms very good , but
- close to a heavy traffic street : without ear plugs no chance to sleep
- air con not functioning despite various requests
- one room had a smell of petrol

Stayed at hundreds of places on bookings.com and it is by far the cleanest. Would highly recommend anyone to stay there. Will definitely be going back there again soon.

Excellent location, very safe neighborhood and walking distance to the beach and shops, and to Paddock mall. Myciti bus stop is close. Excellent hospitality by Ellen. She went out of her way to assist me. Would definitely come back again ?

The bed was very uncomfortable — the mattress is worn out and needs to be replaced.
Pillows were another issue: when I requested additional pillows, I was told there were none available. The existing pillows were extremely soft and offered no support, making sleep very uncomfortable.
Lighting from outside the room was highly distracting. It was difficult to sleep because the room was fully illuminated by external lights. Even when getting up at midnight to use the bathroom, no indoor lights were necessary due to how bright it was.
There is no curtain over the blind at the front door, which could have helped block some of the light. This issue is present on both sides of the room — the front door and the sliding doors.

The cleaner was a friendly person
The room I paid for was not the room I received I got a small room and I thought I was getting a room with a lounge but I didn't
The mat in the room was riddled with ants and small cockroaches and we even killed 2 or 3 big cockroaches I even told the cleaner what was the problem and if he could clean it for me please but when I returned he had not cleaned it at all
The soup and shampoo was so small it couldn't last 2 people for 2 nights I went to buy my own soup and shampoo and even coffee
I won't go to that hotel again coz I could've got much better value for the money I paid

The place is in a safe quiet neighbourhood. The swimming pool with the nice setting around it is beautiful. The room is big with fresh & clean linen. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist.
