Fernwood Manor is a one of a kind place and exceptional place to stay in and around Cape Town. The staff are very professional and friendly. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast is superb and varied. The property is very clean and cosy. The views are to die for. 95 feels like home from home.
Everything was exceptional. The property is slightly outside the town centre but extremely safe and quiet place with beautiful nature. Uber takes you on down town in 10 mins. So no problem at all.

We really liked our room, the lounge and pool area were pleasant, quiet and secluded and there was secure allocated parking.
The breakfast was mediocre - my omelette did not arrive as ordered (tomatoes that I did not order with raw onion and very little cheese) and was made more like a flat pancake with the ingredients added afterwards. The portions on our second day were also very small.
The choice of spirits in the honesty bar was limited and the gin and vodka were very cheap brands.
