Its a stylish well appointed property in a quiet back street of a good location.
Just when we wanted to have room TV there was no service and from what the staff told us other rooms were also affected. They should be considering a better solution given the room price

Contemporary charm & hospitality: the hotel had a great atmosphere, creative vibe, with large, comfortable rooms. On top, Shelley and Joe made us feel at home away from home. Would definitely return, and highly recommend!

Wonderful
We stayed here the third time already and as always enjoyed it very much. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean and the beds really comfortable. We also love the breakfast! The hotel is walking distance to the V&A Waterfront and shops and restaurants are only 2 minutes away (walking). We will definitely come again!

The staf were lovely and the hotel was cute with everything you needed
My only complaint was the mould on our black out curtains was not nice and a lot of it which made us not want to touch the curtains

Service was attentive and quick. Happy to do early breakfast on day we left.
Toilet seat loose and tv did not work properly. There was an issue with DStV the night security tried their best to resolve it the first 2 nights. Despite raising as an issue nothing was done and never worked in our room.

The location was very handy, and being able to park the car in the garage was a big plus. The staff were so helpful and couldn't do more to offer help and advice on things to do / see as well as places to eat. I'm unsure of the lady working the desks name (I know she was from Zimbabwe!) But she is a huge asset to the team, so friendly, chatty and accommodating.
The room was slightly on the grubby side. We stayed in room 2, and the curtains had a lot of mould on the bottoms and are in desperate need of changing. We had a lot of ants in the room too and a couple of slugs which were most unwanted. Given the amount of time we were in the room, it wasn't a huge issue but should be looked into.
