No water dispenser on each floor, you need to take the elevator ( only one ) to refill your drinking water.

Initially my room's air conditioning was not working, front desk staff were polite and got me another room within the hour. Breakfast is honestly pretty good for what you are paying. Location is also good, walking distance to V&A waterfront.
Charging ports in the sockets are a little dusty. TV did not have any channels, not sure if this was the same for everyone else, did not watch TV anyway so not a big deal.

Location was good and staff were friendly.
That there was no bottled water in the rooms. Since tap water is no longer safe to drink, I was disappointed to not find any bottled water in the room and I had to take medication.

Checked all the boxes for a very reasonable price. Good room, bed, staff, breakfast, restaurant. On the edge of the V&A district but only a 15 minute walk to the main amenities.

I really liked the overall set up and “go green” policies. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious. A good parking area too. Marco and Thaamir were great!

Did not eat breakfast, with construction taking place it was a bit to crowded.
Loved the stay but the construction was a bit disturbing. But cannot wait for the final look and facilities.
