The view from our room. Over looking a courtyard and a scruffy rooftop of another building. Could see a very little corner of the V&A Waterfront. And a skate park / basket ball place.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had supper one night, and the food was great.
The room was not in a great state. Room 234. I did tell the receptionist about it. The shower leaked from the pipe. The extraction does not work in the bathroom. The light around the dress mirror doesn't work. The shower door is missing. Booking.com is deceptive. I thought I booked with breakfast, only to be told at the hotel, no it wasn't. I couldn't cancel with Booking.com, as I would have to pay for the full amount. I will never use Booking.com again. I will tell others about their platform. There is no shuttle service. There is no bottled water in the room.

Central location, plenty of free parking, excellent WiFi, good value, helpful and efficient staff.
One of our shower doors was missing and the door to our room looked as though it had been broken and badly repaired. It closed ok but didnt look like it was.
