The staff were excellent and the breakfast was amazing. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
Sadly where the hotel is located is over a pub and we had people shouting and fighting during the night which woke us up so we didn’t sleep.

Location was great; close to many good restaurants and in a safe area. Bathroom had a great bathtub and like the rest of the room was spacious . We knew it wouldn’t be quiet because there are restaurants below opened late.
The bed was awful. Big dip and very uncomfortable for a side sleeper. That mattress should be replaced.

Room is very generous in size which was very nice; the vintage style was a great experience; the bel at reception was stunny :-)
Not that I didn't like but more as an observation: the floor in the room needs attention. You may want to have a look firstly from a safety perspective.

This property was absolutely gorgeous! Everything about it was perfect. Beautiful decor, the bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. They had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds,outlets on both sides of the bed,blow dryer, mini bar, safe,closet,tea pot, the bathroom had a soaking bathtub and a standing shower, and they provided toiletries. A bathrobe and slippers were provided as well. People were complaining in other reviews about the rooms being noisy, and yes, you can hear some of the noise outside, but was not a big deal. The location of this property is in the middle of everything, of course the street is going to be busy.The breakfast was amazing, but the staff was exceptional, and they treated us like we were family. The location couldn’t be better. Restaurants everywhere. there is a small room with an art exhibit. In the back there is a courtyard with restaurants .I can’t wait to go back and stay there.
There is no elevator, because the building is historic. That’s the only thing. I I love using the stairs, but my husband had a bit of a problem.

Nice staff, rooms were spacious. Many great restaurants close by. Nice breakfast for a small cost.
Room can be loud at night. The waterfront area is too far to walk but Uber was quick and inexpensive.

The location of Cape Heritage Hotel is excellent, and the staff were truly wonderful very helpful and responsive. When we raised an issue during our stay, they immediately upgraded us to a suite, which we really appreciated.
However, we did encounter some cleanliness issues in our first room, including seeing cockroaches, which was disappointing at first. The upgrade helped improve our experience, but we hope the hotel can address this for future guests, as it has great potential with its charming style and fantastic team.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was exceptional, friendly, kind and helpful.
A bit noisy at night,not from music, but from very loud cars and motorcycles racing up nd down the nearby streets.
