Wow! The service was exceptional, as were the grounds, as was the location. We were celebrating a birthday and the staff made sure to make it special with hand written notes, champagne and even cooler - a massive upgrade. Super appreciated. We used the concierge for tours and bookings for restaurants including car services. Everything was perfect. The entire staff seemed to know where we were off to each day and always welcomed us back home by name. Absolutely loved the Cape Grace.

Location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the Cape, the breakfast was excellent, good choice of hot & cold selections & service was swift & staff always very pleasant & helpful. Bed was very comfortable & the room was clean & serviced well. We also had dinner one evening at the Heirloom restaurant which was excellent, with good choices & good wine list.All round very lovely hotel with exceptional service & staff thanks very much.

The whole property has been renovated and looks fantastic. The room was very nice with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the harbour and table mountain. Staff were all very nice and you can’t beat the location for the V&A. Lots of Lovely little touches for Christmas around the hotel with a nice bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived.

Wonderful location, amazing furnishings/decor and the most helpful staff! All so friendly and wanting to do anything to make your stay enjoyable. Such beautiful people. The food was excellent as well. Loved how many healthy options there were at the breakfast buffet including the various health powders and juices / tonics. Also loved the Le Labo toiletries!
There was nothing we “didn’t like”.
