Size of the property is good and the location
Road noise. Stairs. No bin in the kitchen. Nowhere to plug the kettle in to in the kitchen. Really uncomfortable seating outside, the chairs need cushions.

Perfect stay in Camps Bay. The Penthouse is so close to the beach and great restaurants too. The terrace was the best location to watch the sunset. The staff were also super friendly and gave great advice. Looking forward to staying again soon!

The location couldn't have been better, right across from the Camps Bay Tidal Pool and beach! The penthouse was beyond our expectations. The team who checked us in were super and couldn't be more helpful. We made great use of the bbq, or Braai like the locals would say, as we enjoyed the sunset from the balcony . It was such a spacious penthouse and we felt right at home for our stay. Not to mention the amazing pool!

We loved everything about the property,just as seen on the pictures , it does have everything you need , beautiful villa indeed , very close to Restaurant,beach and also the Villa is safe
Being constantly told we are making noise even when there was no noise , the neighbour was such a hater , and I just think she was a racist ,also the annoying security who abuses his powers , there was law enforcement among us ,so I know very well we were not going above what we supposed to be in terms of noise ,We understood very well that the Villa was situated in a residential area, so we spoke about this prior to agreeing staying there ,They also need to fix their plugs ,the AC wasn’t working as well ,Otherwise apart from that that, the Villa is ??? ,

The view, the lock-up garage and the outdoor deck. We had a couple of maintenance problems while we were there and the management company acted quickly to get things sorted out. In fact there were a few maintenance issues with the property that we noticed and with luck the new management company will have these sorted out quite quickly.
The decor is not my style but I did understand that at the time of booking - it was the size, the price and the location that appealed. The lounge is huge but there is not enough seating for the entire family - and the seating is arranged in a way that does not make much sense. The living spaces lack comfortable furnishings and a bit more African flare would make it more appealing to an international traveller.
