Very Poor
The location was great and around restaurants.
The hotel room furniture and bathroom are out dated.
There was a sewerage smell from the bathroom every time we used the shower.
Staff don't take your complaints seriously and they also sent us to another hotel for breakfast which took 90 mins eventually we left.

Very clean. Spacious apartment and loved the kitchenette.
Parking is very tight but can do since we are not permanent dwellers. Our rooms aircon was faulty and was resolved by the time we left the hotel

The location of the property
The staff at reception. When we checked in the guy was just unprofessional, when we checked out as well the girl who was there is rude. I asked about my laundry and she told me you were supposed to pick it up which I did not know!!
