Not updated, tub unclean, carpet/fixtures/cabinets/shower are all very old and dated. Poor WiFi speed and reliability.

The view the location at sea point
Elevator was not working and when you are on the 5th floor with 4 luggages of 23 Kg and two trolley that was really bad we missed our departure flight because of it then had to pay extra to book on the next…

We liked everything about this property, from the warm welcome we received from Asi the receptionist and the cleaning ladies who were amazing and accommodating. The clean pool and free popcorns from the reception. Best place for family travelling with kids, we will come to this place anytime. The sea view...We loved our stay

The location is simply extraordinary. Great view of the sea without the annoyance of traffic. Very close to Regent street where many restaurants and supermarkets can be found
The size of the room: very big. Two bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped ,with a Nepresso machine.
The breakfast: they call it continental but is quite restricted. If you order eggs you need to pay supplement...
All the hotel is quite old and should be seriously shaped up. The bathroom sink that is clogged ( on the first day !) , the lift' s sensor is messed up and stays messed up for the whole 6 days.
Despite the presence of a pool , it is really difficult to accept this hotel as a 4 stars hotel.

booking dot com messed up our booking dates and we were forced to change rooms into a noisy unit overlooking the street
booking .com did not get the dates right and the hotel had to make other arrangements, to try and accomodate us.
we had to move from a sea facing room into a smaller unit which was very noisy overlooking the main rd

The location is really convenient, right the Sea Point - restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Underground parking is convenient. Sunset view from Our balcony was absolutely breathtaking ??
Water bottles provided only on the first day of arrival, so if you are staying longer than one night, you have to buy Your own. Don’t buy at the property (go to the nearby gas station for fragment of the price).

Everything was fantastic we wanted to braai the one evening, and they went out of their way to make it happen and it was fantastic, - one of my best places to stay in Cpt when i have to work it central, and like my own little apartment
That it ended to soon and i had to go back to reality
