The staff was friendly
This hotel is a total scam. It is ridiculously over priced and full of lies on their website. There are no drivers as stated online to “drive you anywhere you want to go.” The pools are not heated so you can only look at them. Another lie online. The tour company they sell to you is also a huge scam, over priced and don’t deliver a proper tour. Worst vacation ever. This is in no way a five star hotel. You are also totally locked into the building at night with no one at the front desk which is a fire hazard. Most expensive and worst trip ever. Totally ruined Cape Town for us.

On a nice day the view is beautiful. The staff is also great!!!
The whole reason we chose this spot is because of the heated pools. After we saw it online we called to make sure the pools are heated and will be when we’re there… it turns out they are heated by the sun so if there’s no sun they’re not heated. Which means they’re not really heated pools. It’s false advertising. Our room was also really small and the wind was so bad it kept opening our door. The food was also very average at times, we couldn’t even eat the ribeye bc it wasn’t cooked properly.

Sven has been very helpful and accommodating. Had some good conversations with him and he provided world class service. The beds were good, same goes for breakfast and the views are spectacular. I also enjoyed the walk down and up to camps bay.

We loved everything about our stay at this boutique hotel. The views are exceptional as was the service and attentiveness of all the staff. We stayed for 4 wonderful days. Each day we were welcomed with a fabulous breakfast served with a smile by the wonderful staff. Evenings we admired the sunset views from the terrace of the suite with complimentary wine and snacks provided by our hosts. We were blown away with the views, service and high standards of this beautiful hotel. They provided a surpise of Sparkling Wine, chocolates and gifts a fantastic way to start our friends birthday celebrations. We were lucky to have secured bookings at some of Cape Towns most highly regarded restaurants, so we only managed a light snack one evening, however the quality was superb! Location for us was 10/10 if you want 5* Views and Service this is the place to be. Thank you to all of the team .

Stunning location, professional & extremely friendly staff. Had the best fillet steak dinner. Amazing chef. Delicious breakfast. The.complimentary glass of wine in the evening was such a nice touch watching the sunset.

Loved the view, the bed was sooo comfy! Pool was nice for an afternoon dip. Staff were friendly and we loved the breakfast!
Only downside was how far up the hill it was but that also gave us the best sunset view so we didn't mind & there is a gorgeous trail walk down to the coast.
