This apartment has an outstanding location. It is within walking distance of many excellent restaurants, coffee shops and shopping centres. The promenade is also within effortless walking distance. If you need to drive somewhere, it's very straightforward to navigate to the M6.
The facilities are good. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities, including a deep fryer and washing machine. A lovely comfortable lounging area (with those amazing sea views) and dining table and chairs. The main bedroom is very spacious and comfortable - excellent sea views. The ensuite is small with only a shower but the water is hot and ample. The second bedroom is adequate and the second bathroom is quite spacious (bath only).
The upstairs neighbours were a little noisy in the evenings.

We loved our stay! The accommodation was within walking distance of shops and restaurants, with a lovely view of the sea. There were also plenty of activities to enjoy.

The photos and reviews on Booking.
That the property did not match the photos or reviews on Booking. The place was nasty. We sent photos to owner. I’m a top tier Genius member…this is the first time I’ve left an accommodation because I was concerned of getting bedbugs. Owner cancelled our stay and stopped communicating. Booking promised refund, still waiting a month later.

The location is excellent - so close to the promenade, the Sea Point Spar and Mischu Coffee. Comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen, good security. Spotlessly clean. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.
