The staff is quite friendly and helpful in every way

It does the job. Generally well run. Good breakfast. Reasonably good service.
It does not go above and beyond and value for money is a question. No extra content. Entertainment manager initially reached out but did not follow up. Too bad, we did spend a lot on this trip. Breakfast okay.

Clean and ultra friendly staff - great breakfast and Capetown is totally amazing.
The pool wasn't as clean as I would expect but it's open and on the 2nd floor so I can totally understand that it can get stuff blown into the water

We had an amazing stay at The 15 Capital Orange Hotel & Spa! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a beautiful suite. The spa was relaxing and the restaurant served delicious food. Everything was perfect from start to finish

The Capital 15 on Orange is an under rated hotel. The staff is amazingly warm and always there to help. The rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms. I enjoyed everything. Location wise, you are walking distance (steps away) from some of the most vibrant places of Cape Town CBD.
Some electrical plugs by the "desk" were not working nor was the light above the desk (room 301).

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff also were so welcoming. With smile always. I loked the hotel. The room were so big with a lot of space. Mor then this the staff helped me surprise my husband dor his birthday
The idea that for using the spa facilities we need to to pay. For example, using the worm pool its not possible without paying.
