Cute little hostel in a good location, right on the Waterfront and near lots of good restaurants and stores. The people were fun, and there was a barbecue every Saturday night. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, and cleaned daily. Great value for money - I would definitely stay here again.

The staff is incredibly welcoming, helpful and funny. A homey vibe to the backpackers for sure!
Room for improvement:
The beds are a bit run down and quirky, and the toilet situation work as a hallway to other dormitories which gives a lack of privacy when you’re doing your toilet business. Other than this I think it’s great!

- great hostel vibes
No negative aspects, maybe my room was in front of the garden and the street, but a good pair of earplugs + white noise did the trick and I slept perfectly

Had an amazing time there. The location is really good and people always gather around at the bar to have a great time, share experiences and have fun. The staff is also great! Felt like home. Can’t wait to come back!

Friendly little spot that is very close to good spots in the Green Point neighborhood
The bathrooms were kept very clean
The bar was a good spot to hang out
The private room was a bit small and too close to the bar
There was a school group taking up a lot of space but it was only a minor issue

What a wonderful stay!
A perfect, no-fuss location to rest and relax. It’s close to the promenade for long, intentional walks and easy downtime at the beach. The establishment is clean, spacious, and most importantly, safe. The staff are incredible, friendly, attentive, and accommodating.
The large, well-equipped kitchen with ample seating created a welcoming space for meaningful conversations with staff and other guests. As my stay was short, the staff generously shared groceries, which made short-term meal preparation easy. There’s plenty of cupboard and fridge space, so I know that on my next visit, I’ll be able to do a full grocery shop and store everything comfortably.
The lounge area is perfect for reading or watching TV, and the pool is a true delight, especially compared to the small plunge pools at other establishments. The funny and fruitful conversations with staff and guests around the braai and bar area made my stay even more memorable.
I’ll definitely be back!

Not even a teabag to make tea late at nightafter a long day of travelling.
The bathrooms were unisex - not advertised
