Very beautiful and clean. Nice room! Good breakfast. Perfect location for what we had to do. I would certainly go back there.
I think it was a waterbed and had a hard plastic piece exactly at the hight of my shoulder. I covered it but it was not so comfortable.

The staff went above and beyond to help make my stay comfortable. Even when some things I requested for were not part of their duty, they still joyfully got it done for me. Special shout out to Talisa. She especially did everything possible to make my stay comfortable, and help me get my passport back. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Cape Town. Kudos!

Overall it was a wonderful stay, the customer service was good. Loved their omelet. The rooms are lovely and the view of the mountain from the balcony is nice to see especially at sunset.

I arrived at the property and there was no one to receive me. When I attempted to check in, they had no record of my booking, despite having previously confirmed it via messages. The air-conditioning was extremely noisy, and the porch light was not functioning. I requested an invoice three weeks ago; they assured me it would be sent the same day, but I have yet to receive it. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Not specific when choosing rooms.I booked the queen deluxe suit.assuming it was next to each other but the one room was far away from the other.One was Daisy and the other was lavender maybe to mention which specific house you will be staying in.

Making the reservation was a challenge. E-mail was not read through twice . I requested the one room to have twin beds on booking . Com. Called to check if possible and was confirmed that one room would have twin beds - also emailed and this was confirmed. This was not done and my brother was told that I did not inform anyone when I made the booking - which I did - 3 times and I have proof. . One rooms door doesn’t close properly and the rooms were not serviced on the 2nd day of the stay. I

The breakfast was average - definitely not up to standard
The room amenities were lacking -
- bathroom - no hand towel rail, no bath towel rail, no shower door so the entire bathroom got wet
- TV in the bedroom, not useful

Everything was clean. Friendly staff.
Breakfast wasn't great and we were short a towel which we received after calling management. The facility is showing wear and tear.
