The first moment we arrived they told us to leave the car somewhere near and not inside the garage despite the fact that it was stated on the booking that parking is provided by them. Then when we enterd the rooms there was a horrible smell coming from the air coditioning. The bed sheets had stains and in the bathroom we found paper on the floor. The service was sef service and there was no staff available to communicate wit

it was cozy and clean, also staff was cooperative, it's self check in and check out
water was gone few times and shower need to be fixed, also curtain is covering only half of the window, no water boiler, water, coffee or sugar ? also there's no elevator so you need to be ready for it

The manager of the hotel asked for more money even after we paid, around 75 euros more to be exact. As students we couldnt pay so we had to leave and spend the night in the streets. The manager even entered our rooms without asking.
