They do not have a contact number other than a Viet number or an email that accepts submitions. I sent notice that my visa got rejected and I wasnt going to make it and got zero response and lost all my money

The hotel offers stunning views from multiple angles, at all times of the day. The staff are friendly and helpful — just like the Vietnamese people in general — always welcoming and willing to assist visitors. The room was spacious and clean, exactly like the photos — if not even more beautiful. The hotel provides a lifeguard on the beach for guests’ safety. The beach is made up of soft, clean white sand and is gently sloped over a long distance. This means you can walk quite far into the water before it becomes deep, making playing in the waves both more exciting and safer — especially with a lifeguard nearby.
I tried to find something I didn’t like, but I honestly couldn’t find anything.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
While the resort is mostly very nice, the facilities for young children are embarrassingly poor in comparison. The Kids’s Club has barely any toys to engage kids, and those they do have are old and missing lots of components, making some toys unusable. Also, while they offered one complimentary kid’s activity on most days, the ones that our child excitedly participated in lasted no more than 20 minutes.

The breakfast buffet was great, multiple stations, western and asian dishes, juices, bread, eggs and waffles made to order... Spacious room, huge bathtub. The poolside is fantastic, and the private beach is beautiful (and not busy at all). Lovely staff.
The sea view from my room was not what I expected. I expected a room facing the sea, not on one side of the u-shaped hotel. The view from inside the room (not the balcony) was actually the pool and the opposite side of the hotel. The restaurant and bar closed a bit too early (around 11 pm). During check-in, I couldn't use my American Express card (apparently because it was a bank holiday), so I had to use my Chinese debit card. Then I was told they would not charge the deposit due to some complicated refund process, so it was a bit inconvenient to pay for drinks and snacks from the poolside bar and restaurant instead of charging them to the room.

The ad said kingsize bed which was misleading and very disappointing. They put two single beds together and call it king size and charge for king size rate.

The cleanliness and the quality of the facilities are truly exceptional.
The breakfast is highly recommendable. Good quality food and overwhelming choice. The best breakfast I had in Vietnam so far.
Immaculately tended gardens and pools.
The staff were very well trained and extremely friendly and motivated.
The beach is wonderful. Clean water, fine sand.
The food choice in the evening is a bit limited. There is not much around the hotel but Danang city is only a short 15 minute taxi ride away.

We loved the pool area and garden.
The breakfast was plentiful.
Didn't like when a particular group decided to drink and smoke in the jetted pool area. They left the glasses behind. I had to ask the pool staff to tidy up after them.
Don't let people save the lounges while they have breakfast.

Rooms were great - stayed in a villa. They did have a bit of a sewer smell in the bathrooms but overall property was beautiful
