We have our own swimming pool but we cannot use it because the water is so cold. The hotel should install some kind of heating, even if they charge a little more if the customers use it.

This hotel does not deserve five stars—in fact, it barely deserves two or three. It’s a complete letdown, especially for those expecting a quality experience from a well-known brand. The reception was cold and unwelcoming, lacking the warmth one would expect upon arrival. The Kids’ Club, which should be a highlight for families, was a small, unattractive room with a few old games—it was hardly what we anticipated. The real disappointment, however, came when we entered the villa. It smelled awful—a strong, musty, damp odor hit us as soon as we walked in. The villa itself was old, tired, and in desperate need of renovation. The furniture was broken, worn-out, and clearly hadn’t been updated in decades. It felt like we were staying in a place that hadn’t seen any upkeep or love in years. The private pool was not private at all—there were insects everywhere, and the worst part was that other villas were so close that there was no privacy whatsoever. The worst part was the staff constantly entering our private space. At any given moment, someone would come into our garden to clean the pool—without any prior notice. It was incredibly uncomfortable to be inside the villa, only to step outside and find someone cleaning the pool in our private space. There was no warning, no asking for permission, and it completely ruined our sense of privacy. The food was disastrous. It tasted like industrial, reheated meals with no flavor or care put into the preparation. The only tolerable meal was the breakfast, which was the bare minimum. The restaurants were cold, uninviting, and lacked atmosphere—so much so that we actively avoided dining at the hotel in the evenings. The experience was so unpleasant that we would rather go elsewhere than be stuck in such a depressing place. In conclusion, this hotel does not live up to its five-star claim in any way. The facilities are outdated, the service is poor, and the overall experience is far from enjoyable.

WiFi can be better

The resort could do with a wider variety of food menu. Only 1 restaurant for lunch and that too with a limited menu. This may be the only area of improvement.

There is nothing that we didnt like but if an improvement is recommended i would suggest atleast a small buffet or even a good ala carte menu in the night for dinner,because the resort is providing set menus ,of course they are trying to customise it as per customers satisfaction ,but i think that only can be improved if required.
