The location that’s it and the bathroom was nice.
This place is defiantly not what it looks like. The staff were unprofessional and had a problem with me asking for helping regarding my broken room key. The Tv remote was missing in my room. They seemed to have a problem with me asking for a replacement. Then the tv was broken and didn’t display anything on the screen didn’t bother with asking someone to fix it. The maids never once changed the sheets of my bed for 3 nights. The walls are stained, holes behind the A.C. The A.C is old and disgusting.

This place was very first hotel in Da Nang, and I did not expect too much as it looked budget friendly.
Hotel staff was really helpful for any questions and request, and front staff Hong's service was 10 out of 10!!
There should be much more explanation or instruction of turning on switch of hot water.
I experienced sudden power breaker off a lot of time, which was no big deal.

Shops are a 15-minute walk away from the hotel.
You get the room service.
They give you an iron if you ask for one.
The compressor unit is very noisy! ??? I couldn't sleep until my last day. I even asked the staff about it, and they promised to do something, but nothing happened. The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. The light in the bathroom was not working, it was dark.?♂️ The furniture is a bit old, is not in the hotel standard ?♂️

So nice stay with such cool, supportive, friendly and war, staff here. Good location with several steps to the riverside and 5min ride to the city centre. Spacious room with nice view to the city and river in front of the hotel!

I felt lucky to pick the right hotel to stay here with super friendly, and helpful staff. They provided me with a free entry to their cooking class at their head property in the city centre that's about 2km away, and that's so meaningful and funny to attend in.

Our stay at this hotel was an excellent experience. The staff were friendly, approachable, and spoke English well, so we never had any issues communicating with them from check-in to checkout. The room was impressive for its price, especially considering its convenient location in the city center near the Han River.
The housekeeping team consistently cleaned our room every day and provided complimentary bottled water and tea bags, which we truly appreciated. The room appliances were all available and in good working condition.
Overall, this is one of the best hotels we stayed at during our vacation in Da Nang. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable and affordable accommodation in the city.

When arrived, we were told that our reservation has been canceled because I did not response to their text message. They did not have any other available room for us. We already confirmed booking via booking.com, why do we have to confirm again via text?

Only the view, if the windows were clean so that we could have had a view.
The whole property is like made of cheap material and left abandoned. The room was definitely not on the clean side, it was also full of tiny ants that went all over our handbags. I informed them and they swiped the place up but obviously the ants came back. The location is not ideal either, only for a good view. The staff were okay, not really approachable but not rude or anything. All in all, I wouldn't stay there again.

Very comfortable bed and AC gets very cold. Mostly clean throughout the room. The location is great if you're looking to get away from the beach front. Proper bidet in the washroom was a nice bonus. Staff were very friendly and overall it was a good experience.
Shower was always cold water even after running it for 10 minutes. The roof top was highly unusual with an unused restaurant doubling as a staff/laundry room. The view from the roof was nice at night, but there were virtually no chairs or way to comfortably utilize it.

We stayed here for our last night and it was really good
I wish they had told us beforehand that we have to put the hot water on & wait for 15min.
We had to catch a flight and lost some precious time because of this, so please know this if you book!^^

lI had a great stay at Star City Riverside Hotel! The room was clean, spacious and fully equipped. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times. In particular, the hotel's location was very convenient, close to the center and easy to get to the attractions.
Delicious breakfast with many options, from local to European dishes. The housekeeping service was also very attentive, ensuring the space was always comfortable
