I liked the location which is a bit far from the noise of the touristy area in da nang but just a short walk. And also the staff helped me when I got a problem from my grab delivery.
Noise from the construction next door. Sound proofing in the hotel is a bit bad. You can hear someone walking and talking from upstairs. Rooms and furniture is a bit rundown with some marks on the wall.

Room was spacious. The bed was big enough for 3 of us. The rocking chair was an added bonus. The pool wasn't too big but there weren't many guests around. The staff were really nice and helped to arrange for airport pickup, as well as a car for our day trip to Hoi An.
It's a bit of a walk to the beach.

Great location near beach and not far from main bars and restaurants, but away from noise and traffic ... very friendly and helpful ladies on reception ... lift available, but only 4 floors ... nice size apartment with big bedrooms and living area ... a bit more £ than other nearby places, but felt we got good value for our money ... daily cleaning service, clean towels and water provided everyday if required.
Not big issues ... but pool was very narrow and always in the shade, plus people below were smokers and it came into our room on occasions.

The penthouse apartment was beautiful and functional. Bedrooms had small balconies with a view to the ocean and sunrise. The terrace between the bedroom and kitchen-living room area was serene and relatively quiet. The beach can be walked to, the nearest part of the beach is free and without chairs and services. The distances in Da Nang are big. The apartment is not in the center of everything but there are restaurants nearby.
The living room-kitchen area had serious mold issues and could not be used. The wifi did not reach well to the second bedroom.
