The rooms are spacious and clean , we really enjoyed the balcony the view was amazing.

We stayed in a suite with my family, and it was a truly wonderful experience.
Location: The resort is calm and quiet, away from the busy Da Nang city, yet everything is easily accessible within 15 minutes.
Staff: Very friendly and always willing to help. A special thanks to Hai (Expert Bellboy) for taking care of us throughout our 3-day stay.
Pool: Absolutely amazing and well-designed. It covers a large area, so you can enjoy it without feeling crowded.
Food: The highlight of our stay! Honestly, some of the best food I’ve had in my life.
Activities: Perfect for families. There’s a waterpark, indoor and outdoor play areas for kids, and plenty of fun activities arranged by the resort. Truly family-friendly!
Housekeeping disturbed us a few times even though we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on.
Slight waiting time for breakfast, but they did offer snacks and coffee while we waited, which was thoughtful.

The property is grand. Very nice hotel. Swimming pool is huge. There’s infinity pool which is very admirable.
The rooms are clean and big.
There’s no aircon at the lobby. It’s hot. Only air coolers.
Room aircon shuts down by itself in the morning like 6am or 7am while I was still sleeping.

The breakfast was very good. The cocktails were superb and refreshing. The place has ample entertainment activites for the kids. My 1.5 year old thoroughly enjoyed her time in the play area. They also have a kids 'water park', very nice.
However, the pork bahn-mi at the La Plage was not that great. Our hotel (building 2) was on the far end from the breakfast and main reception area, so there quite a walk, unless you book a buggy.

Amazing large rooms, with a very comfortable bed, facilities and staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. A fantastic resort stay if you want a little more peace and quiet, away from the main drag.
Long wait times for snacks and drinks by the pool, lacked evening entertainment, needs some kind of bar with music etc for the evening. We loved the sunset vibes down by the beach but the DJ set was only from 5-7pm!

The beach offered little beach activities- beyond the usual kayaking etc. Not enticing. No activity to gather guests.
As part of my promotion package was given “2 hours free drinks and local beer” at pool area. Firstly, the staff did not seem aware of such offers. Secondly, incredibly, on my last day, although I was given a late check out, at the pool, staff came back to say that it is not for the day of checkout. Really? There was already very little that was rewarding for a lifetime titanium guest, I got just a regular room. I could not believe they were quibble about a couple of free drinks on the day of checkout, which was not stated clearly in the paper when I checked in.

Lovely hotel, amenities were great, food for breakfast was delicious, the other restaurants could improve a little, we preferred to go out for dinner.. they have surfing and lots of other activities.. spa is way overpriced compared to the area, a treatment costs more than one night at the hotel..
