The location was number one, a block away from the Beach. There are also restaurants and coffee shops in every direction. Everything is walkable.

Its very close to everything, the staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The wifi was good, but not the best.
I didn't like how they have the tub and shower so hight up. You have to find something to hold on to, to get in.

Really clean. The house keeping staff, girls, guys at the front desk and the maintenance man were all really friendly and did their jobs well. Location 1 block off the beach plus many shops, bars and restaurants all within a couple of blocks.

Convenient and quiet location, surrounded by many restaurants and cafes,walking distance to the beach. Hotel is clean and comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful ( thanks to Linh and Phan),as well to the housekeeping staffs.Good value for the money.

The location is just 5mins away from My Khe beach and had lots of restaurants nearby. The bathroom had a bath tub which was nice and the room was very clean. Good value for money.
The air conditioner in the room wasn’t cooling properly, hence had to use the stand fan as well.

An awful experience. We checked in 23:00, only to find the receptionist sleeping at the desk - we were genuinely scared when I entered the hotel. I was told I had to pay in cash, despite having clearly marked that I’d pay by card (for obvious reasons: higher fees for international accounts and mistrust of local ATMs). Apparently, their card machine had stopped working the day we arrived. Later, we ended up wasting hours arguing with the so-called ‘manager’ about why we needed to pay by card as per our booking. Instead of trying to help, the staff were confrontational and completely unwilling to offer any solution - it felt like we were stuck in an endless argument. The level of English was quite poor and we ended up having to translate everything ourselves. As if that wasn’t enough, the room we got looked nothing like the 'deluxe room' we booked. We expected a view - we got a wall instead. The place was crawling with ants, the bathroom was old and stuffy, and when we asked to be moved to the room we actually paid for, we were brushed off with a “we’re fully booked” - no attempt to check, no apology. The only (sort of) redeeming factor was that they agreed to keep our luggage for three hours - though they just dumped it in a common area next to reception. All in all, this was an exhausting, frustrating ordeal. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.

The pictures are way more nicer than it is in reality. I had to change rooms 3 times for different reasons - first the view was straight into the wall with lots of aircons, second time it was so noisy, I couldnt sleep till 4am cause there was a party somewhere. Overall - noisy, you can hear neighbours very clearly, outside noice from the street, even though in the description it says - soundproof - it is not. Its not very clean... and everything is old. The staff was very helpful and nice - that is the only positive thing about that hotel. Probably location was very good, thats it. I know it is cheap, but I wouldnt stay there again.
