swimming pool at the rooftop. The beach is 200 m away. There are shops, restaurants nearby.

My room had a bathtub that I used daily
The water would be cold sometimes and hot sometimes. You don’t know for sure and so I couldn’t plan very easily because I had to use the hot water to calm my aching back. This happened daily not once or twice. I put my vegetables in the refrigerator. There was no dial to set so I assumed it was just one setting to keep things cool. Wrong!! Next day all my vegetables were frozen and had to be thrown out. They offered to replace the refrigerator but it was too late for me. They would not reimburse me for the mushy vegetables.

Hi, I’d like to thank you your staff, especially Ms. Tran for being so helpful. I forgot an item at your property which has very sentimental value to me, and your staff kept it safely for me. Ms. Tran helped to set out a mailing order so the item could be shipped out to where I was staying. I’m glad I forgot the item there and not somewhere else… I’d be definitely going back to Royal Family Hotel, and hopefully will be able to see Ms. Tran to thank her again.

Pleasant staff. The young lady from the hotel that picked me up at the airport was very helpful and knowledgeable. She spoke excellent english and knew everything.I needed to know.
I thought the price was a little high. I've been across a lot of Vietnam so far. And this by far was the most expensive for what you get.

About the only good thing is the location to the beach.
No airport shuttle as advertised. Told me to use Grab. No concierge... staff had no recommendations. Strong sewer gas smell in room. I had to place towel over floor drain. 1 useable outlet in room. Other outlet was too close to bed to plug in. Staff not very friendly or helpful except gentleman who checked us out.

The people is very kind but the room doesn’t look like the photo. The location is perfect to go to the beach.
When we arrived to the room there was trash in the toilet and when we told to the girl who was cleaning the other rooms she just took it but didn’t clean, it looks old building the elevator is really slow.

The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Right next to the hotel, there’s a small stand where you can buy fresh fruit drinks, do your laundry, and rent a motorbike at very reasonable prices. The restaurant nearby is Papasteak is also good.
