Loved the blue and white Santorini styled decor They upgraded me to a larger room with patio and the staff was wonderful!
The pool area is gorgeous and absolutely loved the long pool for lap swimming!
The buffet breakfast was the best I had in Vietnam. I would definitely return to the Risemont Resort!!

A beautiful hotel a 5 to 10 minute walk to the wonderful My Khe Beach.The room was very spacious with all amenities.The staff were very friendly, caring and couldn't do enough.The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide range of foods for all tastes both Vietnamese and Western.I would fully recommend Risemount Premier Resort Da Nang and look forward to staying there again in the future. Thank you for a memorable stay.

I had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from and a great start to each day. The bed was very comfortable, and the bedroom and bathroom were beautiful, clean, and spacious, making it easy to relax and unwind. I also used the spa for a hair wash and facial combo, which was a great experience and a perfect way to relax. Everything was thoughtfully maintained, and the overall atmosphere made for a truly enjoyable stay. I would happily return and highly recommend it.

Staff were all so friendly, approachable and professional.
Location of hotel is right beside Katinat café which became our favourite coffee place. Walking distance to many restaurants, pharmacy, laundry mat etc.
Room (2-bedroom duplex) had a muggy smell to it which we noticed straight away when we first arrived. A smell that's like nobody has stayed in there for some time. Helped to keep doors, windows open and air-conditioning on.
The weather was not the best when we stayed there for 4 nights but that was out of our hands.

Wow! Just wow! This hotel has the best ambience. The theme of the hotel is great and it really resonates how the hotel envisions itself. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is clean. Really comfortable beds. Also has a great location because once you step outside, there are a lot of restaurants, and amenities stores.
I just did not like the smell of the lobby - it seems that there is no fragrance. My child also said the same. He did not like the neutral smell. The second one is the breakfast food. I would say that their food is not really of the international choice, and I understand this. But they can still improve on this. :)

The location is good and the breakfast. Leona from the front desk was nice to us but she need more communication skills
It was totally noisy, construction was all over the rooms and they are starting drilling the walls from 7:00 AM in the morning. Bed sheets full of dust. Some of the staff were really rude and always have angry faces. They need intensive English and communication skills whenever approaching their guests. I won’t give it a single star ☹️

Breakfast was fantastic, and the location was great for a walk to My Khe beach. Liêu was super helpful and friendly towards us during our stay as were all of the staff. Shout out to the bar server who mixed me an awesome Negroni upon request.

I had a wonderful stay at Risemount Premier Resort Da Nang with my family, and it’s easily one of the best experiences we’ve had while traveling.
Right from the start, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The reception team, Leona and Lieu, surprised us with a room upgrade, which was a really nice touch. Throughout our stay, they were always friendly, approachable, and happy to help. We also want to mention Jonathan and Kenny, who were equally warm and supportive whenever we needed anything. The overall service felt sincere and not forced, which made a big difference.
The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4, including two kids. There was plenty of space to relax without feeling cramped. The amenities are excellent and beyond for the price you pay, and the property itself is well maintained. The swimming pool area in the evening was one of our favorite spots—lighting, a calm atmosphere, and enough space to just sit back and unwind. Additionally the property was decorated with Christmas theme as we stayed closer to Christmas.
Breakfast was another highlight. It was tasty and offered a good mix of Far Eastern and Continental options, so everyone in the family found something they enjoyed.
The location is also a big plus. The beach is just a short walk away, which made our morning walks really pleasant. Almost everything you need—cafés, shops, and local spots—is close by, so getting around was easy.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Risemount Premier Resort, especially for families. It’s comfortable, well located, and backed by an amazing team. We’d definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended ?

We stayed at the Risemount for a total of 14 days to relax.
The location of the hotel is great – the city center can be reached quickly (about 10 minutes by taxi), and the beach is only around a 10-minute walk away.
The rooms are cleaned daily. Our cleaning Lady was Phuong Thao. We stayed in a suite, which offered plenty of space and really made us feel at home.
Now to the best part: the breakfast was outstanding. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and have never experienced anything comparable. The quality and variety are exceptional, and the whole experience is elevated by the first-class staff – incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm.
We had a personal contact person (Lieu) whom we could approach with any questions, concerns, or requests. We were always greeted warmly and treated with so much care and attention. Truly wonderful.
