Very clean & spacious villa property. Kitchen well stocked. Private pool was clean and backyard was relaxing. Multiple other pools around the resort available for use. Spa was nice. Within 2 min walk to ocean & large clean beach! Easy to get to nearby towns. Customer service was amazing, as the manager created WhatsApp group for our stay. Very prompt with answering questions and helping to arrange drivers to anywhere we needed to go. Breakfast butler service in the mornings in our villa was super delicious !
No air conditioning in upstairs hallway but bedrooms were kept cool with individual air conditioned rooms as long as the bedroom doors were kept closed. Pools are not heated so the water was quite cold for the time we went (December) but still tolerable.

The villa is amazing! It was raining the whole time but we still enjoyed the space and had a small birthday party! The staff was super accommodating and responsive! I would definitely come back

Great villa! Nice quiet neighborhood!! Away from main touristy area, but still close enough. Great option to be close to the beach accessible from neighborhood. Large main pool with dining options. We loved having our private pool, just for us. Super cool option to have private chef come in and make our family daily breakfast. Good enough breakfast options.
Though the property had a garage and was not listed as part of the stay, other people used the garage. The garage DID have access into the villa, but the villa did NOT have access to the garage, or could NOT lock out the access from garage. People were using the garage while we were away.

Due to a typhoon that disrupted our travel plans to Hanoi, we extended our stay in Da Nang. We had first stayed at a hotel by the beach near the city center, but it was loud and busy, so we decided to move here for a change of scenery. It turned out to be well worth it — we only wish we had stayed here from the beginning!
The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive. The villa was spotless, with our beds made daily at our preferred time. We loved the easy access to a private beach, spa, and restaurants.
If you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet getaway away from the bustle of the city, we highly recommend staying here. It is near Marble Mountain and Hoi An.

Large space with a huge living room and a private pool. They also serve in-room breakfast with 4 different options available, the chef will come to the villa at preferred time to prepare the breakfast.

Before our arrival we were added to a What's App group with all of the staff that would service the villa who were so welcoming and we arranged the time we would arrive at the villa so that we could gain entry. Everything was smooth, the villa was spotless and exactly what you see in the photos (minus the giant blow up pool toy). It was exactly the type of place we needed to relax. The staff were brilliant. There were 3 options for breakfast and this was cooked in our villa each morning at a time we could select. One morning we had to leave early for a day trip and it was no trouble for the chef to come early. We also tweaked the breakfast menu a little bit to eat more of what we liked as there was a selection. Really excellent. We would go there again as the location is superb being right on the beach and a short drive to both Da Nang and Hoi An.
Nothing...it was all great. (maybe the toilet seat in the main ensuite was loose if I was being picky)

The villa is very large and beautiful and clean with a private pool, there's a daily service to clean and fill the minibar inside the villa. The host team is very nice and helpful, actually they noticed my birthday and surprisingly brought a birthday cake to the door. One point that make it outstanding is that the villa accepts pets, we had a very good time there, will return soon and of course we had introduced the villa to all our pet lovers friends

Wonderful
Lot of space, private pool, very safe resort, privacy, distance from Da nang and Hoi an (in between), 24hours common pool, beautiful beach, sunny and spacious, very cool shower on the first floor
Little issues with hot water, equipment is slightly older
