Rooms, location.
Cleanliness, no free drinking water. For a 4 star hotel this is the bare minimum I expect. I don't expect bottled mineral water but at least an RO to fill my bottle.

Room, breakfast, cleanness, my wife almost got injured by broken glass, room is full of bugs, pictures on booking are something and in reality something else. Not helpful at all, taking shortcuts. Honest to god I do not know how this is a 4 star hotel

The room is pretty nice and clean given the price it is at. Most of the staff were nice and helpful. The location is perfect.
Most of the staff were pretty nice except for one staff member working in the evening. He did not resolve our mold issue and seemed to blame us for it. The room was a little too humid.

The room was very spacious and the beds comfortable. The beach is very near and there are restaurants all around the hotel. The reception staff is very helpful
The bathroom would flood every time you take a shower because there is space between the bathtub and the wall, and of course there are no shower curtains. The pool on the top floor does not even look similar to the pictures. The room smells a bit of mould.

Friendly staff, great facilities. Nice pool, a bit chilly to use in January since the water isn’t heated, but the rooftop itself has a great view.
The hotel is modern and well kept. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and would stay again.
One thing I’d say is to suggest housekeeping to start around 11am. Cleaners would come to my room around 9am which I think is too early.

Supplies and clean ups are very good.
Hotel transfers is very helpful and feeling more safe as my grab did not work.
Hotel rates is very affordable.

Well located and cheap.
The room was really dirty. We could hear babies crying through the wall and everything that was happening in the hall. The gym room was nonexistent.

A breakfast was supposed to be included, but very time we asked, they said the staff were off, or there’d be no breakfast available today. Maybe tomorrow. Nope.
Our first room had footprints on the walls and unrecognizable hair in the bedding. This was as soon as we arrived. So it was supposed to be cleaned.

Good location, food vendors nearby hotel. Staffs are very friendly and helpful and always smile and welcoming. Bed was extremely big (2 full size beds put-together) and comfortable. Great view of the city at the roof top swimming pool.
Bathroom vent was quite loud.

The room was clean and decent in size
Nothing as such. The other reviews said there was a moldy smell but I couldn't smell any of that.
Tho there were some small signs of mold on the curtains. But honestly nothing too bad given the price
