We loved our stay at Kay hotel! The staff were all very friendly throughout the duration. The location was perfect! It was located right on the river and just down from the dragon bridge. Very beautiful both day and night. There are many food places nearby. The room itself was very spacious and clean! We would definitely stay here again.

The room is very clean, spacious, bright and sunny at sunrise. The bedding is very comfortable. The hotel is near to Dragon Bridge, in the city center. We felt really good there.

Rooms are clean, have all the basics. Beds are very comfortable. And the staff makes sure everything is convenient. They’re very helpful with anything that you might need during the stay, gave me suggestions for many interesting things nearby, some nice food spots, things like sim cards and local events in Da Nang. Would stay again.

Hotel has the best view of river and dragon bridge. Room is spacious and clean. Staff cleaned everyday everytime we go out. Come back with a clean and tidy room. Even tidy up our pajamas ? Staff are so nice and friendly. Memorable stay where staff helped to decorate and surprise my daughter’s 18th birthday. Decoration is excellent cake is delicious. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed here one night because of its proximity to the airport, the staff were amazing! Laundry service had an extremely fast turn around, we were very thankful for that. They went above and beyond to make sure we were checked out early!

The front desk Staff were kind.
The owner kept changing the price we agreed on for the room. And there was damage to my clothes and the owner wanted the front staff to pay which is not kind so I let it go.

The property is walkable to the dragon bridge and the son tra night market. The room is huge like in the picture.
It would have been better if there is a division in between the shower and the toilet.

Great location across from han river, between cau Rong and cau song han bridges, nice run over &across and around. Many restaurants, amusements and, of course, cho dem son tra, comfortable 4-pillow bed, frig, kettle, efficient laundry service plus friendly female hostess at check-in.
Light switch for entire room either bright or dark, strange interior window, but closed the drapes and shower nozzle not serviceable.

Stayed here before I had to get to the airport for an early flight. Lovely and clean, great amenities. I had food poisoning and the people even made me boiled potatoes (all I felt like eating)! Would recommend.
