Incredible location out of the city with plenty of foliage, a lovely large beach, and monkeys! A brief car ride via Grab takes you to the city museums with amazing sunset and city lights on the return trip. The resort is centrally located for day trips to Hue and Ho An. We loved the large and stunning pool and swam laps to our hearts content. Service is impeccable and the breakfast an immense delight.
The design and decor are a bit shocking at first but appropriate for the stunning locale.

I was bitten by bed bugs .
I really loved your hotel and I would like up visit it over and over again but you should pay more attention about pest control .

The resort is absolutely stunning, perfectly set in nature with breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding greenery. The design is elegant and well thought out, combining luxury with comfort. Service was excellent throughout our stay, with staff attentive, professional, and always ready to assist. The staff are wonderful. I requested a yoga mat to be placed in the room for the stay, and they got one for me immediately. They are all very polite and helpful.
The family pool can be bigger as it gets quite crowded.

Heavenly location, beautiful design and beach, amazing staff that went all the way to make our stay comfortable and facilitate everything related to our 9 months old baby, anywhere and anytime.
Room service during the stormy evening pretty much saved our vacation, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to have dinner.
Breakfast was spectacular with perfectly trained staff very friendly and ready to help out with anything, lots of good food (western particularly), coffee, juices etc. The view is breathtaking. We will surely come back hopefully with a better weather next time!
Still got a few things here even though overall it was an almost perfect stay:
- the need for buggies to get around the resort: beach, restaurants, cable car, especially when raining and with a baby. They can get up to 15mins to come depending on circumstances/time of the day/demand and you always need to remember calling for one before going out otherwise you can just walk. On rainy days these become almost necessary.
- the communication via Whatsapp came off as a bit unfriendly at times, not a big issue but definitely could be improved!
- the beach is huge but they only allow swimming in a tiny portion, makes sense for easier monitoring but felt like a big restriction
- rooms are not soundproofed, when the staff cleaned up the room nearby they made a lot of noise up and down the stairs which disturbed our baby's sleep. The front door needs to be fully soundproofed to avoid this.
But even with all the above, we still want to go back. Just pointing these for potential improvement to perfection.

Everything. From the amazing amenities to the tasty meals, the addicting aroma of the essential oils all throughout the resort and cold towels, to the unforgettable views and most importantly, the staff. We have been all around the world in wonderful resorts and have never had such attentive, friendly, kind staff. We were sad to leave, but so very thankful that we found this resort/people exist. 100/100 HIGHLY recommend!
