Nothing, horrible, the worst hotel experience ever!! It was like being in a dog box. Photos nothing like hotel. Very dirty and dampness from shower coming through wall into bedroom.
The hotel and rude staff, left a very bad taste. Worst experience!

It looks nice but is not.
The room was super dirty, the bedsheets had hair from someone else, and it was disgusting to sleep in that bed. They have to clean because everything was full of dust. The swimming pool also super dirty, you dont want to go inside.

The twin room was nice and comfortable and the location is also walking distance to the beach. The AC worked well.
The staff were not really welcoming. They even told me to be quiet while I was talking with a normal voice on the phone in the lobby.

The room was good for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Overall, the pictures didn't quite reflect the hotel (it wasn't quite as nice as the pictures showed) BUT the price was VERY good and I would still recommend staying here, as long as you aren't looking for anything too fancy. It is clean and there were no bugs or mould. The staff are nice. They get most of the important stuff right.
The room definitely needed some maintaince. Some of the lights didn't work and we had problems with the shower being scalding hot, or nothing at all. There was no tissue in the room and when we arrived there was no toilet paper either. We had to ask for some, and it wasn't refilled when the cleaning staff came in, so we had to ask for some again a few days later.
There is nowhere to sit by the pool, other than a table a few meters away from it. More of a pool for kids to play in than anything, which is great for families, but not so much for couples.

Great location a few minutes from the beach - turn right and you're into the touristy section or turn left and see the local fishermen. Nice clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Many restaurants nearby

This place is so dirty and unmantained. The staff
want to take a photo of your booking confirmation
with the pin so they can write a review for you. They
gave themselves a 10 on my friend's account... The
reviews are all scams. It's quite cheap but for a
reason. Bathroom was filthy with brown liquid dried
on floor and brown stains on blind. Mattress so old
and thin. We didn't stay. Immediately checked out
Got an unsettling vibe. The corridors are dark when
the lift opens which doesn't help with the unease. I
don't demand a lot except for the room and bed
linen to be clean. They ask for payment straight
away which should have been a red flag. We
forfeited one nights stay just to get out of there.

Walking distance to the beach
The room felt dirty, bedding had a sweet perfume smell which didnt smell like laundry detergent, the fridge still had the prior persons items in it. The photos are not an accurate depiction of the room.

It was clean and in a good location.
The photos are completely misleading. The pool is a shallow pond next to the pool, literally didnt see one person swimming there our entire stay.
There was also a breakdown in communication with the staff a lot of the time. We put a full tank of petrol into a scooter we rented from them and asked them could we rent the same scooter the following morning. When we went to leave on the scooter that morning they had given the scooter away to another guest, despite clarifying the previous night that it would be no problem to keep it for us. This cost us money and time.

Lovely location, amazing Host. Naa was the best host ever, she helped us plan our itinerary for the day and had really good information on the best places to go. Rooms were amazing. Pool was nice.
I think they only had soap with bleaching agents in them. Had brought my own soap so didn't bother me much, but my friends didn't and I didn't have enough soap to go around.

The room was spacious and the shower temperature and pressure was great! Daily complimentary bottle of water! Good value for money overall
Walls are not very sound proof so can constantly hear the elevator going up and down making it difficult to have a good sleep. Staff tried to charge us an extra day for the motorbike rental when they could see we hadnt even been in Da Nang that long and told my boyfriend they did not have his passport when they took it from him as a deposit. We did get it back in the end but it made it a stressful experience.
