Property is fantastic. Once you enter the property you feel like you are in some other place - think Bali or Hawaii. Everything is meticulously done. The health treatments were amazing. Didn’t expect such fantastic luxury in the middle of Da Bang. although I guess we should have given the pricing which is 3-4x other 5 star accommodations nearby.
Moreover the property managers are very understanding. I had changes in my schedule at the last minute where I was coming in one day early and leaving one day early. Although this was during the peak season (Christmas holidays), they went and above and beyond to make these adjustments without any price changes.
Food can be improved. In the name of healthiness, the food that they seem to serve seems devoid of taste. So we headed out whenever we got a chance. If the food was good, we wouldn’t have left the property. Note we are vegetarian and they didn’t have a lot of options - it wasn’t tasty that’s all.

The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with the added luxury of a private pool .
Compared to other 5-star wellness resorts, this resort fell short in delivering a true wellness experience. The overall setting and food offerings didn’t fully reflect or support the wellness theme, leaving the concept feeling incomplete.

So beautiful! The layout is well-designed and expertly maintained. The private pool villas are comfortable, modern, and kept very clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Easy access to the beach with no hawkers, etc. Gorgeous!
Pro or con? The "Wellness" concept permeates everything. The never-changing menus at both restaurants reflect alternative ingredients that lacked seasoning and texture (to my palate at least). But the dishes were all very beautifully presented! Guests are encouraged to wear their room bathrobes in public, including restaurant terrace, etc. Children of all ages are welcome, so the two families that brought screaming children absolutely killed the vibe for all other guests. Resort should consider becoming "Adult-only" if they wish to further the Wellness theme. Most disappointingly, we were charged for tea while waiting in the guest lounge during cleaning of our room. (The same tea that we could have had for free in our room.)

welcome to the hotel was done well
2 bedroom pool villa was lovely
I never leave reviews ... however I was so disappointed with what we got vs what we paid that I felt I had to
on check in staff said we could leave our room at 2pm when our airport transfer was coming ... told us at 10am on day of check out that room was needed and we needed to vacate by 12noon
spa treatments whilst okay lacked any kind of personal touch - all very clinical .. no explanation of treatment beforehand, literally into the room, told to lie face down and the minute (and I mean minute) the treatments were over lights were thrown back on, we were lifted up and escorted out - no relaxing vibe there. Sad reflection that we had a better foot massage at the airport on the way out than we did at the hotel
main restaurant service VERY disappointing - for a premium product food was average and service poor. 2 mains brought out and 3rd diner left waiting ... only when I asked where my main meal was did they race back into the kitchen to get it made ... meant I was sitting there eating on my own with the other 2 diners having finished - lacked any kind of understanding that something was wrong. Wine glasses empty and despite about 5 staff hovering (literally felt they were all standing around watching us eat) nobody offered or asked to refill
premium / luxury airport transfer arranged and paid for ... we asked to leave 30mins earlier given we no longer were allowed a late check out and a much inferior car showed up. Bare in mind the cost for the 15min transfer was DOUBLE what we paid for the transfer from our previous hotel in Hoi An ... we also asked for water for the journey, none at reception, none in the transfer vehicle
hotel is overlooked by a massive "ghost" hotel next door

The all inclusive spa treatments
The hotel's formal restaurant was obviously not as popular as the less formal pool restaurant. I would recommend (as a hospitality professional) that rather than having a 2nd restaurant which basically serves the same type of food as the less formal one but at a higher price, that it would be more attractive to guests to have this become a Western food option to having two Vietnamese food venues. Many guests who are travelling for some time in Vietnam yearn for some western food availability and if offered at the kind of pricing of the pool restaurant, this I am sure would some be as popular.

Serene environment. Private pool near beach. Masseuse’s were very experienced in an excellent job massaging. My friend is a masseuse, and she also said they were of high quality well trained masseuse.
Buffet marginal for Westerners. Coffee not good for a country that specializes in great coffee. Walking to the beach ended up with Oil on her feet both times I had to scrub with soap to remove. Pool was too cold to swim in, which was the main reason I reserved this place for my sweetheart and me. Scrutinized by $100 bills for exchange to an extreme degree. Took those same rejected bills downtown and were fine to use. Tub was very dangerous to use being down low would be better to have a nice porcelain tub above the floor for two people. The second day of my sweetheart will not get in it.

It's a Wellness hotel and it's costly, but the standard of their massage service were very poor. The very first massage were exceptionally good and the service provided on second and third day was very green and not knowing the true meaning of massage. After I complained to the welness centre manager, she promised to give me the service to be provided by the first day lady for the following 3 days. I got them and was told she is a teacher of massage. No wonder I received "real massage" on the first day. The standard of a welness centre must be the highest before the hotel is called "WELLNESS HOTEL".
