Spacious room; good view; supportive staff
The facilities are quite old. Some pilow cover in my room has blood-like spot. It's better if daily breakfast would be varied.
Many restaurants around were closed because of Tet.

It was within walking distance to most that one would want. Fantastic view from my room, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Nabi and Lori. Both these girls are going places.
The stairs up to the pool were challenging, very tall and at inconsistent heights, as I have a bad knee.

Shower room, may need sliding door or shower curtain? Not to flood the floor after taking a bath or shower. Otherwise, all good.

The rooms were large and having 2 bathrooms was a plus.
Told needed to upgrade in order to have a single shower instead of bathtub with wand.

The room was spacious the bed was comfortable with great views of the the city and river. The infinity pool was decent.
The hotel was a little outdated, and the carpets were getting pretty old. The air con could not be adjusted (as in the dispersion of airflow) so we constantly had the cold air blowing in our face while we slept, and if you turned it off it was too hot. Anyway thats just some minor details which could of made our stay a little more pleasant.

Great swimming pool at the top and best views of the city and Han River from the rooms. Breakfast have many options. 30 minutes complimentary foot massage. Value for money.
Daily Water replenishment is only 0.5 litre which is way too less . The management can look into this aspect as Water is basic necessity for everyone. And No Indian dish is included in the breakfast.

The views from our room and the pool were amazing. The dragon bridge was clearly visible. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were lovely.

Room was nice and big, stayed in a 2 bed apartment on the 23rd floor. Pool was amazing and the roof top you could see the Dragon bridge show from.
The outdoor railings had gaps big enough a child could fit through so was a little scary travelling with one. One rooms bathroom only had a bath and no shower, had like a had held shower head.

Starting with the enthusiastic door man helping us with our bags to the friendly staff bringing cold juice while we checked in and the free foot massages this place had ex exceeded my wildest expectations. Rooms are very comfortable with all the amenities. The view of the bridges and the water are breathtaking. Close to lots of food and easy drive to anywhere. A fantastic experience!
